All aspects of strategic team development and man-management including, but not limited to, internal talent development, succession planning and individual career progression. Project planning - identifying, scoping, prioritizing, tracking and reporting deliverables and milestones.
In this largely autonomous role, as Associate Director, you will oversee, manage and drive the London-based permanent recruitment teams, along with promoting and delivering an innovative strategic programme to support the business growth plans and vision. This will also include client development and full P&L ownership.
