You will be responsible for producing new business as well as maintaining and developing business with existing clients. This role is target based and will involve managing a team of approximately 6 established sales reps who cover a territory of the North of England and Scotland. Therefore you will need to have a strong career of hitting targets, setting KPIs, monitoring progress and talent management to ensure that your team are working to their best ability.
