Accountable to the Pro-Vice-Chancellor (Learning and Teaching), you will provide leadership, motivation and inspiration to drive your vision for enhancing learning, teaching and assessment. This will involve working with a multi-skilled team to deliver the Universitys objectives for improved practice, while fostering strong collaborative working relationships with senior colleagues and partner organisations.
Working closely with the rest of the Business Schools Executive Board, the Director of Learning, Teaching and Student Experience will oversee quality and diversity, in terms of both the academic offer and the student body itself. The role therefore spans a broad range of activities, from international recruitment strategy, through to programme structuring, to ensure the Business Schools offer is coherent and consistent.
