Working alongside the UK Managing Director and with a direct line report into the European HQ, the Finance Director will take responsibility for all financial reporting of this multi-site organisation, including all UK statutory requirements, Tax and audit matters, budgeting and forecasting and will drive improvements in both accuracy and timeliness of delivery of information to support the business.
The ideal candidate will have extensive leadership experience, yet still remaining hands on throughout this time. Any experience mentoring / leading more junior developers will be highly preferred. Extensive development experience is required, or at least some exposure in a leadership, or lead position. Someone from a consulting background would be very suitable for this position.
