The HR Technology Support Analyst will be a dynamic role focused on providing high quality end user HR systems support to worldwide users. Responsibilities include maintenance of employee related data in core record keeping; technical application configurations; data loads; fielding and triaging customer calls; bug triage; user acceptance testing. They are looking for individuals in a senior position, with extensive embedded C++, win32 and Linux experience. Previous experience of working with STL, configuration management tools such as SourceSafe and ClearSafe, as well as TCP/IP are highly desirable.

You must have significant Oracle E-Business suite experience (OBIE) experience coupled with strong Oracle DBA skills. Experience of RAC and Linux are also needed for the position. This is an exciting role working on a number of SC cleared projects which are already underway and need a DBA to get to work with them ASAP.
The successful applicant MUST already hold Security clearance (SC). You should come with experience in Linux Red Hat, Kernal and HA Clustering (Veritas or Sun Clustering), with exceptional data recovery and back up skills.

The ideal candidate must have good man-management experience within a large scale IT support arena, must be comfortable coordinating with offshore and local teams to deliver on strict SLA's and timeframes (ITIL Environment).
