The role holder will report into the Head of Retention and Loyalty for BT Consumer. This is the most commercial role in the retention marketing team and will work across all of our products. Candidates must have experience of driving large scale, measured change across the business with EBIT impact of at least £20m and be comfortable managing stakeholders at Director and Managing Director level.
Primary accountability of this role is to deliver systems on allocated projects and product developments. The Principal Systems Engineer will also be required to supervise and check the work of other staff, including mentoring of junior engineers
