The role encompasses the full range of Commercial work (excluding M&A) but as a senior appointment the candidate should have experience of larger projects, such as outsourcing transactions, major supply contracts, complex commercial projects and Board level strategic advisory work.

Activities will include analysis and design, programming and conducting testing.
