Leading the CIPDs commercial training business, you will be responsible for developing and implementing the strategy for CIPDs Public and In House Training businesses that maximises the commercial opportunities to grow revenue and profit, in addition contributing to the overall achievement of wider CIPD objectives to grow membership and to improve HR capability.

Reporting directly into the Training Director you will be responsible for designing and implement bespoke sales training interventions for some of the UK's leading organisations. The role will see you working with the Client Directors to help pitch and win major tenders.
Your role will include: -Writing and delivery of technical in-house training courses. -Providing technical advice and support to partners and staff. -Assisting in the organisation of the firms annual conference. -Completing ad hoc project work when required.

You will be working alongside colleagues whose focus will be design; this is therefore a role which will appeal to candidates who have a strong a preference for programme delivery rather than design.
We would consider Audit Managers who are interested in moving into a technical role or candidates with prior training and technical experience. This is an extremely varied role including advising on Audit ethics, providing technical updates, delivering training courses, assisting with ACA students and studies etc.
An ideal candidate would have proven ability to assess the training needs of an organisation, and implement a thorough training strategy. Another facet of your expertise should be focused around the ability to train and mentor trainers more junior than yourself and build a team out beneath you.

The candidate will report to the Head of Training & Development for Investment Management, EMEA and be responsible for designing, developing and delivering the internal sales and product training curriculum. Their primary role will be to understand training needs, translating these into quality solutions, identifying best delivery and ensuring external vendors are aligned to business priorities and channel-specific requirements.
