The principal function of this position is to provide a technical lead on transport planning supporting the Halcrow directors leading projects in the rail sector. The role will involve all aspects of analytical work associated with the analysis and appraisal of rail schemes and operations.
The principal function of this position is to lead various transport planning projects with our local authority clients, in particular those relating to Local Sustainable Transport Fund (LSTF) bids. Close working with local authority clients and stakeholders will be particularly important and the need to develop and nurture long term professional relationships is an essential requirement.
