The Group Customer Account Director is the single point of contact and ultimate guardian of the customer relationship, managing (either directly or virtually) a team of resources to meet objectives.

As a Head of Advanced Engineering you will lead the Systems EMEAB Advanced Engineering (AE) team to ensure that winning proposals are delivered to our potential clients.
The Project Engineering role encompasses elements of Performance Management, Systems Engineering and Reliability Engineering. Whilst individual Project Engineers may specialise or have expertise in one area, it is expected that the post holder will support the range of Engineering roles required for execution of the project.

The successful candidate will use their skills, knowledge and experience to implement LEAN Manufacturing methodologies across the business to ensure its targets are achieved.
In this role you will be focussing on the transportation sector. Customers will include international freight and parcel carriers. The role will include responsibility for both managing existing client relationships and winning new business.
Responsibility for the analysis of contract documents; assessment of risk coming into business and preparation of approvals (Blue Book) submission for complex projects.
