The SAM is responsible to work closely with Clinical Affairs as well as other ADC departments and projects to ensure superior customer support. It will also require an in-depth knowledge of the difference between making recommendations in therapy based on validated standards of clinical affairs.
As the Senior Director Medical Affairs you will work as an internal consultant in the planning, designing and accomplishing of key projects to improve medical business performance as well as provide leadership and technical expertise within the medical organisation influencing conceptual methodology. The role will require up to 10 % travel.

Responsibilities include: Improve student retention by monitoring student performance, analyzing problem areas, prescribing solutions and conducting intervention activities and processes. Assist in achieving the budgeted retention and re-entry goals for the campus.
