You will primarily responsible for the management of individual & multiple Energy (Anaerobic digestion / Biogas) projects across the UK. You will be in charge of these projects from client order through to successful completion, ensuring they are delivered to budget and on time.

Lead the definition and documentation of the operating model for HR, Safety & Sustainability (HRSS)in the Energy Sourcing & Customer Supply (ESCS) Business Unit (BU), identifying and managing dependencies with other BUs.
The role holder will need to produce comprehensive proposals that include cost to implement, predicted cost savings and timescales involved. You will work alongside the operational team in a unified approach to Energy Management throughout the portfolio, advise and support the clients and provide technical input to the business development activities.

You will be responsible for business change activity within the Midstream business, our trading and optimisation arm responsible for extracting the maximum value from CE's upstream and power generation assets whilst fulfilling the demand of our downstream arm, British Gas.
Working with a range of clients from FTSE 100 multinationals (across financial services, retail & consumer goods, media & telecommunications and energy & utilities), privately owned businesses and public sector organisations you will have responsibility for managing full business change life cycle from inception to delivery.
Experience of working within a leading strategy consulting business or strategy arm of a Big 4 / generalist consulting firm Strong track record of leading small teams and engaging with.
Reporting to the Head of Sales you will be part of a vibrant consultancy team, working in the area of Sustainable Development. You will be have a full accountability for mapping out your market, developing own leads and generating new business.
