This varied and interesting role will require you to provide account pricing advice, market analysis and compliance guidelines to the General Insurance business. You will ensure that the Insurance Underwriters are provided with pricing support by producing and presenting financial, statistical analysis and recommendations. This will be achieved by leading analytical projects and analysing market information in order to provide recommendations of pricing changes that are needed to insurance policies.
To manage the day to day operation of the designated region through liaison with the UK Manager. To develop relationships with Brokers and Corporate Clients in a designated geographical area ensuring profitable account growth across A&H lines of business. To manage (in matrix) the Business Development Underwriters and Renewal Underwriters within the designated region and work effectively with relevant staff in Profit Centre and Branch through agreed distribution routes.
