As a member of the L3 Server Support team, you will be responsible for supporting the daily production support, health, and compliance of all Unix physical and virtual servers globally; managing all service delivery resiliency, efficiency and Audit programs as well as ensuring engineering standards and products are integrated across the Unix physical and virtual platforms.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES • Support the production, BRP, UAT and development environment.• Provide business and infrastructure project resourcing.• Assist the team in issue and problem management.• Monitoring performance and capacity of systems and make recommendations where appropriate.• Manage the release of software into the production environment.• Interface with application support staff on production problems.
