Reporting directly into the Vice-Chancellor, the post holder will also help deliver the Universitys corporate vision and plan during a time of unprecedented external change. As such, a proven track record in academic leadership and management at a senior level will be critical, as will experience of business planning and resource allocation alongside a proven ability to engage effectively with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders.

      Accountable to the Pro-Vice-Chancellor (Learning and Teaching), you will provide leadership, motivation and inspiration to drive your vision for enhancing learning, teaching and assessment. This will involve working with a multi-skilled team to deliver the Universitys objectives for improved practice, while fostering strong collaborative working relationships with senior colleagues and partner organisations.
