They will be responsible for leading and implementing all aspects of Quality within the company in the UK and overseas sites. This will include new product development, manufacturing and the supply chain and focusing on customer satisfaction. The role requires formulation of a quality strategy to assist the senior management team in the continuous improvement culture that impacts positively on business performance and puts quality at the heart of the companys values.
You will take ownership of the Financial & Management Consolidated Reporting and FP&A (budgeting/re-forecasting) requirements for the Group. Reporting to the FD, we naturally expect you to be technically proficient and will thus take charge of reporting for a business that has a Global presence. You will challenge Regional and Product Line Controller submissions and ensure a no surprises regime in providing information and analysis to the Board.
