Key responsibilities include:• Execute strategic projects and M&A transactions by performing complex financial analysis and modeling• Develop Strategic recommendations• Support the development of the overall and business unit strategy through direct support of the formulation, co-ordination and execution of key strategic initiatives through M&A transactions The successful candidate will be degree educated with a proven track record in either FIG Corporate Finance/M&A or Corporate Development with a leading bank.
