The role of Finance Director within this organisation is responsible for financial leadership to include financial planning, forecasting, statutory accounting, compliance and monthly reporting. The role is also responsible for working closely with the board to drive the business forward and translate financial information into sound business strategies.

Reporting to the Managing Director you will support the business strategically as well as overseeing a small finance team who take responsibility for management and financial reporting, you will require a hands on approach and have the ability to motivate a team to meet group accounting deadlines.
You will be responsible for all matters pertaining to the company finances and also acts as the Company Secretary and manages IT function. Supervise 3 staff in the accounts department. Work closely with other members of the board.
The ideal candidate will be a finance focused technology entrepreneur with extensive consulting background, excellent leadership and business development skills, experience of building professional services teams, finance/insurance sector solutioning and strategy and a global IT delivery experience.

As the Head of Performance & Innovation, you will lead and support the performance management process for Brand, Web and Customer Experience, including the critique of balanced scorecards, and the evaluation of remedial actions.

Six figure deal sizes are standard and you will be responsible for a seven figure quota as well as managing a team of six sales executives.
The role will report to the Head of Legal & Compliance, acting to assess the compliance needs of the business and developing and maintaining appropriate procedures and processes. It is equally crucial that the appointed individual ensures communication of changes to regulations across the business.
Indispensable requirements: fully qualified, experienced, Accountant (ACCA, ACA, CIMA or equivalent); experience in an equivalent role in a housing association or similar organisation; excellent verbal and written communication skills with.
