Working with Section Managers and their teams to develop profitable business strategies and to implement approaches to develop SCP, GSP and collaborative project income streams. Contributing to the efficient workflow of the LCEMTC activity by ensuring that all quality, cost and timescale metrics are met.
Reporting to the Managing Director this role will maximise financial and operational performance, provide strong senior team leadership, ensure cost effective delivery of services and safe clinical quality. The successful candidate will have significant multi site operations, change management and strong organisational experience.

- Actively support and promote the Health, Safety and Environmental culture within TSG business together with the global RWE and Npower initiatives. - Support the Commercial and Operations Departments in delivery of the TSG business plan including site visits to provide commercial / technical support - To provide technical instructions to Operations staff at a level that will ensure quality standards are achieved.
The candidate must have an idea of banking operations and come fropm a retail bankign background. The role will involve a lot of Management Information (MI) Reporting and there will be a stakeholder engagement required.
Monitor and assess plant performance to identify deviations from the normal operating parameters in terms of process capability, availability, gas quality and direct costs Identify corrective actions required to restore.
