Works in partnership with the Sales and Marketing organisation to provide accurate information around sales and productivity to drive sales force effectiveness across the Region. Responsible for sales and productivity reporting, flexible compensation development and implementation, sales force sizing recommendations and target setting for sales and productivity across the EAME.
