My client is a large global service provider looking to take a Project Manager specializing in drilling and completions on a consultancy basis to undertake and push forward projects on a global scale.
·Global/international experience, including driving forward business in emerging markets ·Track record of profit margin improvement ·Experience in both operations and sales, direct and indirect channels
Their solution has changed in line with the market and whilst they are still keen to stay in back-end database development they are looking at new ways to sell to clients and are empathetic to the needs of the market.
This position is to head up the supply chain team to arrange new agreements across all elements of a projects including Plant, Materials and Subcontractors. The ideal candidate needs to be thinking of how to constantly improve the supply process from the initial agreement, looking at both cost and quality.
You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of large and complex Personal Injury Claims with a minimum value of £250K up to, in excess of, £1m. You will also be responsible for the development of staff and the departments Claims Strategy moving forward so Managerial or Leadership qualities will also be required.
Create effective Change Forward Plans where appropriate, identifying and scheduling Major Change in advance so that appropriate planning can be performed and any conflict managed. This would be particularly pertinent for Major and Critical accounts.
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work autonomously, as this role will report into the offices in Europe; therefore you will effectively be the head of UK operations. This role will be of key importance to driving the business forward and continuing the growth and success that the company has delivered to date.
The focus is upon SME UK commercial package and combined insurance business, derived purely from the supporting broker channel, and consisting of independent regional brokers ranging upto larger, nationally represented firms.
