Candidate will assist Software Managers in defining project strategy for software development, setting up work package monitoring system and in developing work packages for allocation to internal development team, negotiating work packages to be executed by external organisations (both Thales and non-Thales) and in supporting the Software Managers in managing these Work Packages.
The Business Sales Manager will own a sales forecast and work to defined volumetric and financials target defined by the Head of Business. Responsibilities include: new business generation and management of prospects from initial contact through to contract signature, line management of sales resource, bid governance and ongoing relationship management to optimise revenue and volume.
