My client is a major carrier, selling a full range of voice and data solutions such as MPLS networking, Ethernet, IP Networking and VoIP they also partner with other major market leading companies to release the latest VoIP products. The job role in question is selling the whole of the companys portfolio of communications solutions and has come about due to rapid expansion within the company.
*Must have a proven background of success in managing the end to end sales lifecycle with large corporate FTSE 250/100 companies. *Must have experience of dealing at director/C level. *Must be from a telecoms background; preferably mobile, not just fixed line. *Must have commercial acumen.

You will be selling their whole range of service solutions from Unified Communications, IP based solutions, Managed services and Contact centre solutions.
A Field Operations engineer for HCS must show familiarity with the above technologies, and expertise in at least one of the functional areas. An HCS Field Operations engineer will engage with end customers, internal engineers and cross functional groups and business units in troubleshooting complex installation issues, deployment issues, and coordinate with multiple teams to deliver resolutions to customer found issues.

Employing all of your knowledge and experience from previous roles in customer communications and brand management, you will be operating on both a strategic and tactical level, with senior stakeholders, across short and long term initiatives.
You will be an experienced consultant, used to working large, complex applications transformation projects, and can expect to spend a large amount of time working on projects as well as on opportunity development and presales support.

You will ensure that the service provided meets or exceeds the established SLAs and quality standards. You will provide technical expertise in the design and costing of Cisco VoIP and UC systems for Atos Origin and customer Cisco Unified Communications systems.
