You will be able to successfully improve and implement processes across a number of programme streams. Ideally you will have come from a Project Management background and have had previous involvement in large, global programmes of change.
The role will be crucial to developing the Retention programme as well as implementing new customer retention strategies such as product cross sell via targeted email campaigns. You will be a self driven, results orientated individual with a positive outlook as well as being an effective communicator and experienced at managing senior internal stakeholders as well as influencing agency relationships.
Heading up the in store team, your leadership will be crucial. As well as maximizing profit and boosting sales performance, your effective development and deployment of staff will help drive great service and increased engagement across all areas of the store.
The main focus will be your ability to manage large scale programmes such as this within a large and complex organisation. This will be comparable to managing a similar project across many different SME's so skilled stakeholder management and managing stakeholder expectations is absolutely key for this one.
Ideally you will come from a Financial Services background and will have successfully delivered a range of strategic change projects using methods such as PRINCE2. You will be an excellent communicator and will be able to influence at all levels.
As well as managing specific campaign projects, the role has a special focus on managing electronic and digital media to optimize the presence of cell technologies in the digital space, and to offer expertise such that all campaigns use appropriate digital channels.
This is a senior new appointment to deliver and manage the Company Group Enterprise Risk Management framework and to provide operational risk management function for the Group. Maintain and develop the risk and event reporting methodology in order that senior managers and Board have a clear understanding of the risk environment in which the group operates Take ownership of all internal risk and monitoring mechanisms.
