You will engage and manage stakeholders, gathering requirements on a client facing basis, ensuring you capture requirements and needs in full so as to present your findings accordingly.
This is a broad role involving both transactional and strategic projects, so you must be happy to get your hands dirty and get stuck in to the nitty gritty. You also need to be confident enough to up skill, coach and push back on senior stakeholders, using clear communications to get buy in and build rapport.
As a key point of contact to the customer, you must have excellent interpersonal and engagement skills with a real drive to develop key relationships. You will be responsible for identifying and following up on sales opportunities, exploiting these where possible and so further cementing the companies footprint internally.
