The role holder will report into the Head of Retention and Loyalty for BT Consumer. This is the most commercial role in the retention marketing team and will work across all of our products. Candidates must have experience of driving large scale, measured change across the business with EBIT impact of at least £20m and be comfortable managing stakeholders at Director and Managing Director level.

Help shape the overall future voice strategy to identify target customer segments and key commercial/technological levers to inform BT's go to market approach. Show initiative in identifying new opportunities, and persistence in carrying through existing strategies.
Responsible for the creation, management and delivery against project business case. Including project exit criteria to measure success of delivery against business case assumptions. Defining proposition requirements ensuring that the solution that is delivered meets these criteria.
The role holder is responsible for ensuring optimal delivery and execution of online marketing activities in order to maximise sales of core products online. The role holder will lead activities in the volume area within the online channel team as well as working across BT Business.
· Leads individual areas of support services and/or leads the development and introduction of new products and solutions in line with Colts business requirements to support the business technical functions
Understand business change needs, assess the impact of those changes, capture, analyse and document requirements and then support the communication and delivery of those requirements with all relevant parties within.
