CNC Miller North Nottingham Permanent £16 to £18 per hour Day Shifts Overview EMBS Engineering Ltd is working in partnership with a leading precision engineering manufacturer, located in Nottingham, that is currently in the market for a CNC Miller to join their company on a permanent basis. This market leader is a well-established entity within the precision engineering industries and boasts a rich history of supporting globally recognised customers with safety-critical, highly complex components. You will: * Setting and operating 5-axis Milling machines using Fanuc controls * Perform multiple set-ups per day - 3 to 4 * Machining complex small to medium-sized parts using a range of materials such as Inconel and grade alloys for the Aerospace industry * Be working from engineering drawings in both metric and imperial measurements * Machining components to tight tolerances Successful applicants must be able to demonstrate: * Proven experience in setting and operating 5-axis CNC Milling machines * Candidates must be apprentice-trained or must have completed an engineering qualification * Previously machined complex parts for precision industries, including Aerospace, Motorsport, Nuclear, MOD, Oil, and gas, etc * Previous experience working with exotic materials such as Inconel * Experience with machining to tight tolerances * Confident working with small to medium-sized components * Ability to confidently read and interpret engineering drawings both in Metric and Imperial If you are interested in the opportunity of CNC Miller and believe you meet the illustrated criteria, apply today to join our clients’ growing team located in North Nottingham.
