Shift pattern: 3 to 4 shifts per week, 7:30 AM – 7:30 PM, including alternate weekends
Salary: £13.24 per hour plus incentives

Responsibilities
* Provide the highest level of care to residents, supporting daily activities such as washing, dressing and eating.
* Promote residents’ independence with a focus on choice, dignity and respect.
* Support residents’ physical and emotional wellbeing.
* Complete all Daily Charts to a high standard, achieving 90 % or higher during monthly audits.
* Maintain 100 % current status with all mandatory training throughout the year.
Requirements
* Clear motivations and/or relevant experience.
* Reside within 20 minutes of the care home.
* NVQ Level 2 or equivalent qualification.
* Ability to work under pressure.
* Strong written and oral communication skills.
* Caring and nurturing attitude.
* Positive and enthusiastic mindset.
* Time‑management and organisational skills.
* Team members under 21 will be paid £1.00 per hour less (above Minimum Wage).
