Location: Hybrid – with 1-2 days a week in our Nottingham, Wakefield or Sheffield offices
Contract type: Permanent
Salary: £65,920 with the potential to rise to £77,553 over 3 years

NHS Supply Chain currently has an opportunity for a PMO to join our team during an exciting period of transformation, working to make it easier for the NHS to put patients first.
You’ll join a high-energy, collaborative PMO team at the centre of a complex transformation portfolio. As PMO Manager, you’ll connect 2030 objectives with delivery teams—bringing people, plans, and decisions together through strong collaboration. Every day you will …
1. Provide clear, integrated oversight across the transformation portfolio, improving alignment, transparency, and confidence in delivery outcomes.
2. Build strong collaboration across PMO, delivery and business teams, connecting plans, decisions, and insights to enable joined-up execution.
3. Anticipate and manage portfolio-level risks and issues early, reducing disruption and protecting successful delivery.
4. Ensure resources are effectively aligned to priorities, enabling teams to focus on the highest-value activity and deliver at pace.
5. Deliver clear, data-driven reporting and insights that strengthen visibility, support better decisions, and drive continuous improvement in performance.
