Job Description:
We have an exciting opportunity for an Administrator to join the high performing and dedicated Human Resources and Payroll team. You will support the Human Resources Team with a wide range of administrative duties predominately focusing on attracting and recruiting talented staff. You will lead on the administration of the recruitment and selection process including the onboarding of new staff whilst maintaining exceptional customer service to ensure a positive candidate experience.

Salary Details: BS14-18 (BAR) 19 - 21 - currently £24,358 - £25,435 (BAR) £25,743 - £27,603 per annum
This is a 6-point extended scale with progression incrementally on an annual basis. Please note, progression beyond the bar is dependent on an internal set of conditions. Commencing salaries will be assessed in accordance with the College’s starting salaries matrix.
Hours of Work: Full-time (37 hours per week)
Holiday Entitlement: 28 days pro rata (increasing to 32 days for 5 years + service) plus 8 Bank Holidays & College closure days per annum
Qualifications: Hold a relevant minimum level 3 qualification. It is highly desirable to hold a Human Resources related qualification, though not essential.
You will have experience of working within a fast-paced office environment with a love for working with people. You will demonstrate exceptional IT and administrative skills with an organised and structured approach to work.
You will have a ‘can do’ attitude and must have the ability to work towards and meet targets/deadlines within an extremely busy working environment whilst maintaining high levels of confidentiality. You will build excellent working relationships with staff and act as the main point of contact for recruitment related queries. You will be committed to continuous personal development with a passion for enhancing and developing your skills.
