Our Strategist will be in charge of creating, monitoring and optimizing innovative end -to -end brand and communication strategies. They will work together with the account, creative and social operations team in order to provide strategic guidance and help make things happen.

Key Responsibilities
* Analyze information, data and research to derive clear and actionable insights for creative and business challenges.
* Support in identifying communication, brand and innovation opportunities across categories and markets.
* Conduct cultural and audience analysis to uncover human truths and emerging trends.
* Collaborate closely with creative teams, fueling ideation with insight and strategic thinking.
* Assist in the development of communication and brand strategies, understanding how they connect with media and channel choices.
* Recommend the most relevant channels based on objectives, audiences and brand needs in partnership with media specialists.
* Build compelling presentations and strategic narratives in a visually engaging and structured way.
* Track and analyze performance data to understand what worked, what didn't, and recommend optimizations.
* Participate in workshops, briefings and client presentations with confidence and clarity.
* Contribute to a culture of strategic curiosity and ongoing learning within the team.
Skills & Experience
o 3–5 years of experience in strategy or related roles (creative agencies preferred).
o Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into meaningful insights.
o Demonstrated ability to craft clear, persuasive decks and storytelling.
o Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
o Solid understanding of social media and broader media -landscape fundamentals.
o Experience working with well -known or international brands is valued.
o Highly organized, collaborative and proactive in approach.
o Creative thinker who is comfortable exploring unconventional ideas.
o Fluent English (written and spoken).
o Legal right to work in the UK.
