🚀 What you'll do
* Deliver professional customer service in person and by phone.
* Take charge of incidents at the counter, prioritising enquiries and appointments.
* Respond to reports, assess risks and decide on appropriate actions.
* Use police systems to identify threats and deploy resources efficiently.
* Compile reports and record evidence for investigations.
* Prepare statements and attend court when required.
* Manage seized vehicles and verify documents.
* Monitor bail reporting and ensure compliance.
* Handle property, including lost items and firearms safely.
