We’re working exclusively with a forward-thinking MCS-accredited contractor specialising in renewable technology installation across domestic housing stock. With continued investment in their team and technology, they’re scaling up—and now looking to add an Electrical Technician or Electrician to join their growing operations team. This is more than just a ‘wires and circuits’ role. You’ll be hands-on with cutting-edge solar PV systems, air source heat pumps (ASHPs), and extractor fan installations that directly reduce the carbon footprint of UK homes. You’ll also play a vital part in fault-finding and commissioning—ensuring systems perform efficiently, safely, and long-term. What You’ll Be Doing: Install, wire, and commission Solar PV systems, ASHP units, and ventilation systems Carry out testing, inspection, and certification of domestic electrical systems Diagnose and repair faults to ensure ongoing performance of installed systems Liaise with customers and site teams to ensure smooth project delivery Travel across South and Mid Wales, including occasional overnight stays (all planned in advance) What You’ll Need: NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation 2391 or equivalent Testing & Inspection qualification Full UK Driving Licence Experience in Solar PV, ASHP wiring, and extractor fan systems 18th Edition (preferred, but not essential) Why Join?
