Salary: £42,000 rising to £45,000 after 6-month probation
Bonus: OTE £10,000+ per year

About the Role
Were looking for a proactive and experienced Area Manager to lead the performance of around 20 retail stores across Northern Ireland, overseeing a team of Cluster Managers. Based in Belfast, this is a key leadership role focused on driving sales, developing teams, and ensuring consistent operational excellence across the region.

Area Manager Responsibilities:
* Lead, coach and support Cluster Managers to exceed sales and service targets
* Monitor and analyse sales, stock and performance data, driving improvements
* Ensure high standards in merchandising, store presentation, and compliance
* Recruit, train, and develop store teams, supporting internal progression
* Work closely with Head Office teams including Marketing, HR and Finance
