Title - Band 3 Admin Support
Working Pattern - Full-time 37.5 hours per week working across 7 days including weekends and bank holidays.
We are looking for an individual with a proven office background who has previous admin experience, excellent communication and organisation skills to join our Locality admin team.

Responsibilities
* Provide efficient and comprehensive administration and clerical support to operational and clinical teams within the Integrated and Community Care Service (Community Nursing).
* Deal with a high volume of calls, manage staffing rotas, and conduct equipment audits.
* Support new starters, order stationery and clinical supplies in a pressured environment.
* Format letters and documents to a high standard, input data accurately, and maintain filing systems.
* Manage and prioritise own workload and build effective working relationships with a professional, confident and mature attitude.
* Be flexible and adaptable to change and, where required, undertake cross-site working to cover annual leave or sickness to meet service needs.
Qualifications / Skills
* Proven office/administration background with excellent communication and organisational skills.
* Good standard of English to format letters and documents and accurate data inputting skills.
* Ability to work across multiple sites and handle high volumes of administrative tasks.
* Professional, confident, and mature attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
