A leading international law firm is seeking a highly organised and proactive Learning & Development Coordinator to join its London office.
This is an excellent opportunity for an L&D professional looking to develop their career within a high-performing professional services environment. Working closely with the Learning & Development team, you will support the delivery of training programmes, coordinate learning initiatives, manage training logistics, and help ensure an exceptional learning experience for employees across the business.
Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate and administer learning and development programmes.
* Schedule training sessions, workshops and professional development events.
* Manage training records and learning management systems.
* Liaise with internal stakeholders and external training providers.
* Monitor attendance, evaluations and training effectiveness.
* Prepare learning materials, reports and communications.
* Support onboarding, professional development and talent initiatives.
About You
* Previous experience within Learning & Development, Training, HR or Talent Development.
* Strong organisational and administrative skills.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
* High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and learning technologies.
* Experience within legal services, professional services or a corporate environment is advantageous.
