The role
As a Training Standards Controller, you will provide specialist training management expertise including training design, training delivery and training support teams to ensure that staff, training and quality systems continually improve to provide customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
* Training Quality Control, implement Internal Validation processes
* Training Delivery Standards, advising the Training Delivery team
* Training Design Standards, conduct routine quality control reviews of ACTS training documentation
* Quality Assurance, manage and conduct internal training audits
* Reporting and communication, manage customer and stakeholder meetings, write training reports and provide relevant management information
This role is full time hybrid role, can be based in Helensburgh Office or onsite at HMNB Clyde - with some remote working
Essential experience;
* Competent and experienced in the implementation of The Defence Systems Approach to Training (DSAT) or a civilian equivalent (ADDIE, etc)
* Interpretation and implementation of customer training policies
* Training Design principles
* Training Quality principles
* Quality Assurance, including the conduct of training audits
* Information Management principles
* Report writing
* Ability to communicate at all levels.
Qualifications;
* Internal Validation
* Lead Auditor/auditor qualification is desirable, but training can be provided
* Defence Training Supervisor, Train the Trainer course, and/or Level 5 coaching qualification or equivalent is desirable.

The successful candidate must be able to achieve and maintain Security Check (SC) clearance for this role.
