What will you be responsible for?
As our Finance Manager, you'll play a key role in shaping the financial success of our Building Solutions North region. You'll partner with operational teams, influence decision-making, and help drive growth across a portfolio of exciting projects.
Your day-to-day will include:
* Leading on annual budgets and quarterly forecasts, working closely with senior leaders
* Producing insightful monthly accounts and performance analysis
* Attending contract reviews, providing expert financial guidance and challenge
* Managing cash flow and WIP to keep projects on track
* Building strong relationships and mentoring a talented finance team
What are we looking for?
This role of Finance Manager is great for you if:
* You're a qualified accountant (CIMA/ACCA) with Post Qualification Experience
* You have experience in long-term contract accounting
* You know the construction industry inside out
* You're confident working across multiple sites and happy to travel when needed
