We are looking for a committed and skilled chef de partie immediately available who can uphold and contribute to our rosette standards:
Proven rosette background (minimum 2 rosette level experience)
Strong fresh food background
Confident working across all sections in a busy hotel kitchen
Commutable to Carlisle own transport is required and comfortable with the demands of a high-quality operation
Professional, reliable and ideally chef de partie immediately available to start quickly
