You’ll play a pivotal role in delivering a consistent and effective HR service, supporting senior leaders and line managers through a wide range of employee relations and operational change activities.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead a team and deliver strategic ER initiatives
2. Lead and manageplex change programmes, including restructures, mobilisations, and performance management
3. Coach and advise senior stakeholders on ER matters, ensuringpliance and minimising risk
4. Build strong relationships with unions, managers, and employees to foster a positive employee experience
5. Promote continuous improvement and consistency in ER case handling
6. Lead on tribunal cases, whistleblowing investigations, andpliance matters
What you'll need to succeed
7. A solid track record in employee relations and change management
8. Proven ability to lead, inspire, and develop high-performing teams
9. Strong working knowledge of UK employment law and ER frameworks
10. Excellentmunication, coaching, and stakeholder management skills
11. Strategic thinker with a collaborative, pragmatic, and solutions-focused approach
12. Experience working inplex, fast-paced environments with multiple stakeholders
