Accounts Assistant Location: Portadown Area Contract: Full-time | Permanent | Office-based Salary: £28,000 - £30,000 per annum Reed Accountancy is proud to represent an established and reputable company in the Portadown area who are seeking a motivated and ambitious Accounts Assistant to join their dynamic team, supporting their accountancy function. Day-to-day of the role: Accounts payable, including matching quotation or purchase order to delivery note and invoice Purchase invoicing query management Review of overdue accounts Review of accounts in credit Monthly supplier payment run Visa/petty cash entry and reconciliation Intercompany invoicing and reconciliation Cost of sales transactional allocation Fixed asset register administration and entry Support bookkeeping and audit requirements Answer incoming calls, emails, and customer enquiries Maintain accurate filing systems (digital and paper) Assist with general administrative duties.
