Our client, ahighly respected and long-established law firmspecialising in personal injury and industrial disease claims, is seeking anexperienced professional to join their Industrial Disease team.
This is a client-focused and highly impactful role, ideal for someone who enjoys travelling andbuilding lasting relationshipsand supporting clients directly, often working with individuals who arevulnerable or experiencing serious illness.
Key Responsibilities
* Conductdetailed witness statementsfrom clients across the UK (and sometimes Europe), many of whom may beseriously ill or vulnerable
* Maintain regulardirect contact with clients, providing reassurance and guidance throughout the process
* Travel extensively to meet clients in their own environment (all travel expenses fully reimbursed)
* Workindependently from homemanaging your own schedule

About You:
* Significant experience inindustrial disease or personal injury law, ideally withexposure to asbestosis claims
* Excellentinterpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to supportvulnerable clients with empathy and sensitivity
* The ability to workautonomouslywhile managing extensive travel
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
* A commitment to deliveringhigh-quality client service
