General Builder/Multi Trade required to work on residential construction projects & extensions with an immediate start. Working alongside the business owner you will be required to assist with a variety of tasks including: Groundworks, Drainage, Foundations, Brickwork, Carpentry, Roofing, Interior fitout etc. Focusing on one project at a time from start to finish with a key emphasis on high standards.
With a pipeline of projects confirmed for the next year I'm looking to hire someone who has a positive can do attitude and brings a wealth of experience to help drive projects forwards. With a key eye for detail and a passion for building you will need to have proven experience. The ability to work as a team as well as alone using own initiative and plan work/materials to complete tasks independently is essential.
Hours will be Monday to Friday 8am-4pm. Currently projects are based in the Havant to Chichester area however some travel may be required to sites within a 20 mile radius. You will need to have your own transport & tools.
Initially the role will be on a self employed basis.
