We are looking for a Breakfast Supervisor to join our enthusiastic and dedicated team at Blas Restaurant, to provide a consistently high level of guest service during Breakfast service.

Weekly hours: 22.5
Shift pattern: 7.30am - 12pm, up to five days a week including weekends, with crossover to work alongside our other Breakfast Supervisor.
Wage: £13.35 per hour.
Terms: Permanent role
Your role in the team:
Supervising the daily operation of the restaurant floor at breakfast service, anticipating guests' needs, wherever possible, to deliver exceptional quality of service.
Acknowledge regular guests and build relationships with all guests.
Taking and posting the orders, including allergies and preferences, accurately in a timely and efficient manner.
Ensure the breakfast buffet is well stocked with fresh breakfast items each morning and throughout service.
Explain the menu and ingredients to suit the individual tastes of the guests.
Promote a helpful and professional image within the department, ensuring full co-operation is given to colleagues in other departments and ensure that your dress, appearance, personal hygiene, and behaviour is in line with the company standard at all times.
Be present during event operations including Weddings, Events, Christmas, New Year, Easter and other School and Bank Holidays as required.
