Key Responsibilities: Assess and process housing applications, including high-priority cases. Make decisions on priority and banding under the Allocations Scheme. Provide tailored housing advice and handle complex queries. Maintain accurate records using IT systems and ensure data integrity. Support service development and work collaboratively with partners.
