Product Manager

We are looking for a Product Manager to define, develop and deliver innovative technology products and services that meet customer needs while aligning with Kubus’ strategic objectives. This role will own the product lifecycle from concept to launch, ensuring products are commercially viable, technically feasible and deliver exceptional customer value.
This role has a vital responsibility of acting as the bridge between customers, internal teams and partners.
What You’ll Be Doing:
1. Own the product strategy and roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals, market trends, partner strategies, and customer requirements.
2. Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer feedback reviews to identify opportunities and inform product decisions.
3. Define clear product requirements and specifications, translating customer needs into actionable development plans.
4. Work closely with engineering, delivery, and commercial teams to ensure successful product development and launch.
5. Manage the product lifecycle, including ideation, design, development, testing, release, and post-launch optimisation.
6. Develop business cases and pricing strategies to support product investment decisions and profitability targets.
7. Monitor product performance against KPIs and provide regular reporting to senior stakeholders.
8. Act as the voice of the customer, ensuring products deliver measurable value and exceptional user experience.
9. Drive continuous improvement in product development processes and methodologies.
10. Support sales enablement and marketing activities, including product positioning, messaging, and collateral development.
11. Collaborate with partners and vendors to enhance product capabilities and maintain competitive advantage.
What We’re Looking For:
12. Strong commercial acumen with the ability to balance customer needs, technical feasibility, and business objectives.
13. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, capable of influencing at all levels.
14. Proven experience in product management within technology and IT services, in Reseller, Managed Services, and Systems Integrator environments.
15. Solid understanding of information infrastructure technologies (networking, compute, storage, communications, identity, and security/cyber).
16. Experience in market analysis, business case development, and product lifecycle management.
17. Familiarity with Agile methodologies and product development frameworks.
18. Ability to work under pressure, manage competing priorities, and deliver results in dynamic environments.
19. Degree-level education in business, technology, or related discipline preferred.
