About the role:
An Outstanding boy’s school in Brent is seeking a passionate Spanish Teacher to join their modern foreign language department from September. The successful candidate will be able to teach Spanish to key stages 3 to 5.
Responsibilities:
* Plan and deliver engaging Spanish Teacher lessons, covering grammar, vocabulary, and cultural topics.
* Prepare students for examinations and assessments.
* Develop students’ language skills and intercultural understanding.
* Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback and support.
* Contribute to the development of the Spanish curriculum and resources.
* Organise and lead Spanish related extracurricular activities.
Requirements:
* Qualified teacher status (QTS) with a specialism in Spanish.
* Proven experience in teaching Spanish at secondary level.
* Strong language skills and a passion for Spanish language and culture.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to inspire and motivate students.
* MPS/UPS salary scale, dependent on experience.
