If you thrive on turning data into meaningful insight and enjoy working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, this could be the perfect next step for you.What you will be doing...Producing accurate and timely financial forecasts across all three statements in line with business requirementsManaging the monthly rolling P&L forecast, highlighting key risks, opportunities and cashflow impactsSupporting the delivery of in-year companywide budget and forecasts for balance sheet and cashflow, working closely with subject matter experts across FinanceBuilding long-term (3–5 year) financial plans, with guidance, to support strategic decision makingDeveloping scenario planning models to provide a range of potential outcomes and support risk managementDelivering clear, insightful analysis that tells the story behind the numbers for leadership and stakeholdersBecoming a superuser of our finance system (TM1), providing support and cover where neededAbout you...Part-qualified status (ACCA, CIMA or equivalent), or be qualified by experienceExperience of forecasting and budgeting across all three financial statementsStrong financial modelling skills, with advanced Excel capabilityExcellent analytical skills and attention to detailThe ability to work at pace and deliver to tight deadlinesStrong organisational, communication and presentation skillsA proactive mindset with the confidence to challenge and improve processesExperience with IBM TM1 (desirable, but not essential)So, why Parkdean Resorts?The chance to develop your skills and boost your career across our 65 parks – we’ve got your back when it comes to training!You’re never on your own with our Employee Assistance Programme!
