We’re looking for a People Advisor to join an manufacturing company on an initial 6 month contract. You’ll play a key part in supporting managers and employees across the business, providing practical HR advice and ensuring a great employee experience from start to finish.
Working closely with the wider HR team, you’ll be involved in everything from employee relations and policy advice to supporting key people projects and helping drive positive change across the organisation. If you are available immediately please get in touch.

HR Support - Act as the first point of contact for employees and managers, providing advice on policies, performance, absence, and general HR queries
Employee Relations – Manage low to medium complexity ER cases
Payroll Support – Assist with payroll collation
HR Administration – Maintain accurate employee records, produce letters and documentation, and ensure compliance with GDPR and company procedures
Policy and Process Support – Support the review and implementation of HR policies, helping ensure consistency and clarity across the business.
Data & Insights – Prepare reports and track key HR metrics
Culture & Engagement – Get involved in engagement activities, and initiatives that promote diversity and inclusionWhat You’ll Bring
Experience in an HR Advisor position or similar role, ideally within a FMCG or manufacturing environment
Experience with payroll processes
Good understanding of UK employment law and HR best practices
Confidence handling ER cases with support and guidance when needed
Proactive approach and willingness to get involved in both the strategic and day to day tasks
Familiarity with HR systems (SuccessFactors experience ideally)If you have any questions please contact us
