YOUR ROLE IN THE SPOTLIGHT

4. Check figures, postings, and documents for accuracy
5. Organise, secure, and maintain all files, records, cash, and cash equivalents in accordance with policies and procedures
6. Record, store, access, and/or analyse computerised financial information
7. Classify, code, and summarise numerical and financial data to compile and keep financial records, using journals, ledgers, and/or computers
8. Prepare, maintain, audit, and distribute statistical, financial, accounting, auditing, or payroll reports and tables
9. Complete period-end closing procedures and reports as specified
10. Prepare, review, reconcile, and issue bills, invoices, and account statements according to company procedures
11. Follow-up and resolve past due accounts and vendor invoices, and account statements according to company procedures
12. Prepare daily consolidated deposits of cash received by all cash handling employees
13. Document, maintain, communicate, and act upon all Cash Variances
14. Prepare, maintain, and administer all cashier banks and contracts
15. Ensure all tasks are completed in compliance with Marriott International policies and procedures
